1/27/07 - the last time I ever decided to post anything on here.

Wow, I'm great at this.

Today 10/12/2009 (Columbus Day) my mother sent me a link to my awesome Aunt Karen's blog. She started blogging! OMG! Now I don't say "OH - MY - GOODNESS" because my aunt is journaling her life...she's been doing that for years the old fashion way ... hand written! But for her to get on a computer and do anything other than Google or email is simply shocking. Now don't think I am being mean. My aunt is smart and creative and could totally rock the cyber world...yet she has yet to ever do this...so I am simply impressed.

And sad...because after all, I spend day and night typing my little heart out on the computer and I couldn't even manage to update this "blog" every couple of months. Almost 3 years since I have felt like typing anything of worth is just plain depressing.


Well, maybe no one really cares. But still, I will care one day. I just went back and looked over an uncompleted, unpublished draft of my second child's birth. It brought back memories and tears. Aw, how sweet. See now...except for pictures...I've missed out on 3 years of journaling of my kid's life. Yeesh!

So here I go. I am going to set up a direct link on my dashboard so I see it every day. I have my Aunt's blog I am following so I can see all of her wonderful ramblings and artwork. And so maybe I can be inspired to keep this up.
